CHILD FARES: apply to children between the ages of 4 and 14 years inclusive.

INFANTS: will be carried FREE of charge, however no seat will be provided. Should a seat for an infant be required then the child fare is payable.

CANCELLATION FEE: More than 24 hours prior to departure - full refund applies. Less than 24 hours prior to departure - 50% value of ticket. Failure to board - no refund.

SMOKING: For the comfort and safety of all our passengers, smoking is not permitted on our coaches.

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS: Our office accepts the following cards: BANKCARD, VISA, MASTERCARD.

PENSIONER CONCESSIONS: All concession fares apply to Australian and overseas card holders.

COURTESY PICKUP AND RETURN SERVICES apply to all bookings. Pickup points are at the main entrance. Please check with your booking agent.
